FAQ
How do I get access to Tuc-Tuc?
In the MVP version, registration is available by invitation only. To get an invitation token, write to danil@klimov.company. After registering, you can sign in to the web version at app.tuc-tuc.asia.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
For security reasons, the server does not store passwords in a recoverable form. A password reset is performed via an emergency token issued by an administrator. Write to danil@klimov.company from the address linked to your account.
Are my messages encrypted?
All traffic is protected by TLS 1.2/1.3 transport encryption. End-to-end encryption (E2E), which the Matrix protocol supports natively, is not yet enabled in the MVP version and will arrive in later releases. Learn more in the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Settings → Account → Delete account in the app. Step-by-step instructions and deletion timelines are described on the Account deletion page.
How do I enable push notifications?
Push notifications work via APNs (iOS), FCM (Android), and Web Push (web). Make sure notifications are allowed in your operating system settings for the Tuc-Tuc app. The content of messages is not sent in notifications — only the fact that a new message has arrived.
Is the app available on the App Store and Google Play?
The mobile apps are being prepared for publication. Right now you can use the web version at app.tuc-tuc.asia.
